The following principals are the key members responsible for managing the Company's assets. The team is one of the few managers dedicated exclusively to managing special situation assets in the Asia region. The Senior Manager, Mr. Njoo, has been dealing in Asian debts since 1993 and Asian distressed debts since 1998.
Kiki Njoo
Mr. Njoo is the founder and head of Renaissance since its inception in 1998. He started his career as a Bond Trader with Lehman Brothers Asia Limited, HK in 1993 and later moved over to head Peregrine Fixed Income Limited, HK. He left Peregrine in 1996 to acquire PT Paramitra Alfa Sekuritas and grew it from a two-man operation to a business comprised of over 60 professionals and support staff. Today, Paramitra is recognized as one of the leading securities firm and the third largest bond trader in Indonesia. In 1998, Mr Knoo founded Renaissance and has been focused in managing the Company's assets, specializing in distressed debt and debt syndication.
Mr. Njoo earned his Bachelor degrees in Architecture and Finance from the University of Southern California (USC), USA in 1991.
